I have taught in all educational sectors (mainstream, special, independent) and with a wide range of children and young people (ages 3-21) in America and England. Before leaving the education sector to pursue play therapy career, I was the Director of SEND for a multi-academy trust. Whilst I was the SENCO at a mainstream secondary school, I began my journey to qualify as a play therapist. I provided Theraplay for pupils and their parents/guardians and Group Theraplay for pupils with social vulnerabilities.
