I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) earned in 2016 and full licensure achieved in 2019. My professional journey began in 2010, working with homeless and at-risk youth at a local nonprofit, where I gained extensive experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. Since 2017, I have focused on providing therapy services, with a particular emphasis on attachment and trauma. I am passionate about helping children and families build secure, healthy relationships and supporting healing through strength-based, compassionate approaches.

Since being trained in Theraplay, I have integrated this approach with the majority of my clients to address attachment challenges, helping children and families build secure, healthy relationships through a compassionate, strength-based approach.
My ideal client is a child, adult, or family feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or impacted by difficult life experiences. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, self-esteem, or attachment challenges. They want to feel safe, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful change. I offer a warm, empathetic, client-centered approach rooted in attachment theory, where clients are honored as the experts in their own lives. Together, we create an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan that supports healing, connection, and growth. I am a Registered Play Therapist and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Theraplay. I am also trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Sand Tray therapy. These evidence-based approaches allow me to tailor treatment to my client’s unique needs to process trauma, strengthen attachment, and build healthy coping Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you or your child have been carrying so much for so long. You don’t have to do this alone. I offer a safe, supportive space to feel heard and understood as we move toward healing at a pace that feels right. If you’re curious about therapy, I invite you to reach out.
