I have been working for over 25 years in helping and supporting others whether it be as a clinician, supervisor, consultant, administrator or Executive Director. I have specific expertise in working with adolescents and their families who have attachment difficulties and/or experienced trauma. My most recent experience is working in Senior Living as an Administrator/Executive Director of a Senior Living Community. I enjoy program development and have had the opportunity to develop innovative programs in both a residential treatment program and memory care community, I have experience providing consultation and training on Theraplay and other related topics.

I was first trained in Theraplay in 1999 and have since been Certified as a Practioner, Trainer and Supervisor. I have experience as a Theraplay practioner working with young children, adolescents, teens in a residential treatment program and older adults.
I enjoy program development and have had opportunities in my career to develop innovative residential programs for youth with attachment and trauma challenges, as well as seniors with memory impairments utilizing key Theraplay principles along with other supporting interventions.
